  Austin College is a DIII Teacher's College in Sherman, Texas. It was my choice to attend because of the large scholarship they offered, and the study abroad opportunities. AC ranks as the #21 Teacher's College in the United States, #23 as a Liberal Arts institution, and #32 as a University in the United States. I've met some great new friends, and had the opportunity to study Black&White Landscape Photography in New Mexico. I was thrown into the fountain on my birthday, and have tossed several others in on theirs. In the middle of my upcoming Sophomore Year I will declare a double major in Library Science and Secondary Education, with a Media minor. My plan is to enroll in the prestigious Teacher's Program, a program that has produced the current superintendent of Dallas ISD, and the current principal of Jesuit College Prep School in Dallas. Once I have my M.Ed, I will attend graduate school at UT-Austin for an MLS and an MJMS. I am perfectly happy being a Kangaroo, and look forward to more time spent on campus.
